Oscar Ahnfelt

Swedish composer and missionary known as a founder of Swedish revival hymn tradition. Ahnfelt composed melodies for Carl Boberg and other Swedish lyricists, and his work was integral to the Pietist and holiness movements in Scandinavia. His simple, singable melodies reached broad popular audiences.
