Frances Ridley Havergal

English hymnist, poet, and daughter of William Henry Havergal, known for her theologically rich and singable hymn texts. Her most famous hymns include 'Take My Life and Let It Be' and 'Who Is on the Lord's Side,' which exemplify her gift for combining poetic beauty with evangelical conviction.
